Curefit's backend runs hundreds of microservices on Kubernetes. Metrics flowed from self-managed Prometheus scrapers into Coralogix, with Grafana dashboards on top. Despite having a vendor, the team still carried significant overhead in-house: their own Prometheus instance, Alert Manager, and a day or two of local data retention. Even so, reliability and performance fell short.
